FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

Please see the Terms of Use page for more information.

What is your policy on sustainability?

As a company and as individuals we have a duty to minimise our impact on the environment by actively avoiding processes, materials or actions that are not sustainable. We take our responsibility to the environment seriously, and we are always reviewing our company activities to reduce, minimise or eliminate waste.

All our timber is FSC certified, we never use single-use plastics, and we always use energy-saving technologies such as LED’s.

Do you have discounts or yearly sales?

Our policy is to offer our products for the same cost to everyone, whether a private buyer or a corporate customer. This is to be fair and transparent to all our customers. We will never have sales for the same reason, we make to order only. We value our products but we also value our customers. We want to avoid that awful feeling you get paying one price one day and then seeing the same thing cheaper elsewhere later.

If a customer orders multiples of our products then we will do our best to combine or reuce costs accordingly (eg: courier/shipping) and offer other specific assitance. This can be done by a case-by-case basis.

Can I trust Actualthing?
